DumpsterPicker

Terms of service

Last updated 20 September 2026

What the service is

DumpsterPicker is an embeddable guide that helps a website visitor choose a container size before they continue to the rental company’s own quote, booking or contact page. It is a guidance tool and nothing more.

What the service is not

DumpsterPicker does not calculate prices, produce quotes, take bookings, process payments from your customers, manage trucks, drivers, inventory or schedules, or act as a CRM. It sends no SMS messages.

Recommendations are guidance, not a guarantee

Recommendations come from the configuration you enter and the answers your visitor gives. They are estimates. You remain responsible for confirming the final container size, weight limits, accepted materials, placement permits and anything your local rules require. DumpsterPicker makes no representation about what any hauler accepts or what any jurisdiction permits.

Your configuration

You are responsible for the accuracy of the sizes, material rules, service area, links and contact details you publish, and for having the right to use any logo or image you upload. We may suspend a widget that is used to publish unlawful or misleading content.

Subscription and billing

The subscription is $99 per year for one business at one location, billed through Stripe and renewing annually until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your widget keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payment status is confirmed by Stripe webhooks, not by a browser redirect.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. The service is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. We can end an account for non-payment or for a breach of these terms, and will give notice where it is practical to do so.
